Do I need experience to use a tarot deck?

Not at all. Every deck we carry comes with a guidebook, and many of our customers are complete beginners. Tarot is a practice — it deepens over time, but there's no wrong place to start. Pull a card, sit with it, and see what comes up.

Can tarot predict the future?

Accepted Answer

We don't believe it can — and we'd be cautious of anyone who claims otherwise. What tarot does beautifully is surface the questions you're already carrying, illuminate patterns, and invite reflection. Think of it as a mirror, not a crystal ball.

Question 3

How do I choose the right deck for me?

Accepted Answer

Trust your instincts. Look at the imagery and notice what draws you in. Some people connect with traditional Rider-Waite symbolism; others prefer something more abstract or illustrated. If you're unsure, reach out — we're happy to help you find a match.

How often should I do a reading?

There's no rule. Some people pull a single card each morning as a daily practice. Others do a full spread once a week or only when they're navigating something significant. Let your own rhythm guide you — the cards will be there whenever you need them.

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes. We work only with suppliers who can trace their stones to responsible mining operations. We'd rather carry fewer options than compromise on how they're sourced. If you have questions about a specific stone, just ask.

How do I care for my crystals?

Most crystals benefit from occasional cleansing — moonlight, sound, or smoke are all gentle options. Avoid prolonged sunlight for stones like amethyst and rose quartz, which can fade. Each product page includes care notes specific to that stone.

Are your candles safe to burn indoors?

Yes. Our ritual candles are made with natural wax and cotton wicks. Burn them on a heat-safe surface, keep them away from drafts, and never leave them unattended. Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each use for a clean, even burn.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but it's something we're working toward. Right now we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and something is calling to you, send us a message — we'll let you know when international shipping becomes available.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If anything arrives damaged, email us at hello@espiritu.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Decks that have been opened and used are not eligible for return — we hope you understand. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Can I exchange a product for a different one?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If something isn't the right fit, we're happy to help you find something that is. Reach out within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange for an item of equal or greater value.

Question 13

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
